Rant on Steppers

Today, I'm gonna rant about something that might get me into danger. In other words, im risking my neck to bring you this post. Ok anyways moving on, today I'm gonna rant about steppers aka acting gangsters. One example, you know that guy who always talks loudly with slightly bleached hair in ur school? Or that guy who smokes occasionally in the toilet. Yeah, im talking about those guys. These people have the outward quality and quantity but, deep inside they're just cowards who'd only pick on you if they come in many. What is the definition of a "GANG?". Many people grouped together. Why group together? For? Is it because they're weak? Well i guess so. In my life i've received many threats by certain people whos name i will not mention. Often asking for fights, well i'd accept it only on one condition, that is if they come alone. Well so far none have accepted that challenge yet. Well, im a relatively large guy so im not really intimidated by ur threats if you know who you are.

Ok now the fun part. There use to be this guy in my class in secondary one, he was quiet. You know? The bookworm kind. Ok anyways i always knew him as a very decent guy who wouldn't hurt anyone, quite a scrawny fellow i must add. We split classes in secondary 2, but i still see him occasionally. So u see, theres this guy in my class that smokes and i always hang out with him, not saying that i smoke. I mean, you can't just stereotype people by saying "Look hey, he smokes probably a bad kid". He is a nice guy ok. So then he was underage so he had to get the cigarettes from the other steppers. So then one time, he was buying cigarettes from this guy and out of no where this bookworm guy came and sat down beside of us. So he said "Want a cig?" I was like WTH? Ok den he looked slightly different, he still wore specs though with spiked hair which looked atrocious. So there he was puffing on the cigarette. He didn't even know how to smoke!!! LOL! He was wasting it as far as i can tell. At that time, he was trying to fit in with the other steppers but, he wasn't officially taken in. He'd always tell me in chinese " You want me to give u a punch?" I was like HUH? Scrawny dude like you speaking out of ya league man. OK When we were in Secondary 3 i saw him hanging out with the other steppers, so i figured he was taken in already. He quit his nerd club and joined Lion dance. I hope you see the irony.

Definition of a stepper:

I only dare to speak loudly and act big when im in groups. Im a coward who doesn't dare to fight my own fights. I smoke. I Scold vulgarities. I have a girlfriend. I spike my hair. I pick on anybody which i don't like. I dress inappropriately to attract attention. I always speak vulgarities loudly infront of girls just to impress them.

Well i usually rant about stuff when i have nothing to blog about so yeah :D

Revelation

Hey guys, i was doing my Quiet time recently and stumbled upon something really interesting which i call, Revelation.

Matthew 24:29

• "Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give out its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.

• Notice the words in bold, it speaks off what? A darkened sun does not give out light, therefore the moon cannot reflect.

You see, this part proves that the bible isn't a load of Gibberish, its written based on modern day knowledge. It shows that God himself knew clearly of how things work. It ain't dragons fairies and leprechauns. People always ask for cold hard proof behind every religion, especially Atheists. If the bible were to explain how true it really was, it would already be our science text book. So there you go, proof. If you still don't get it then i don't know what to say.

Read also the whole of Matthew chapter 24. You would realize the whole chapter is actually a time line of whats happening today. lemme quote a few for you...

1. 24:5 "For many will come in My name saying, 'I am the Christ,' and will deceive many.

• Think about that Portuguese guy who claimed he was Jesus Christ and promoted the number 666. If you've been reading the bible long enough you'll know he isn't Christ.
  

2. 24:6 "And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

• The war in Iraq which was resolved? Hearing of nuclear weapons being developed in North Korea? Are you troubled? Don't think so.

3. 24:7 . . . . .there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places.

• People dying of hunger each year. Sars, Bird flu and that new chiku....whatever disease. The recent Tsunami attack? Earthquakes in different parts of the earth? See God knows what His talking about, as i said modern day knowledge. He knows that earthquakes does not happen in every single part of the earth and he knows what earthquakes are. Need more proof? Fyi, tsunamis are triggered by earthquakes.
  

4. 24:11 "Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many.

• Think about Peter Popoff, the fraud faith healer who encourages people to drink his miracle spring water. what is that? what is miracle spring water? God doesn't even know what is that? Bible never even mentioned it. This guy got up to US$9 mil of donations, see he deceived many.

CNY day 2

Day 1 of CNY was good, received a fair amount of red packets summing up to a total of....haha I'm not gonna say. Anyways i don't have anything in particular to blog about so I'm just gonna....well not blog. I don't have A.D.D though! Attention Deficit Disorder fyi.

CNY

Wow, finally manage to fork out time to buy my new year clothing. Went first round on tuesday, second round on wednesday. CNY seems diff this year, im starting to see the uglier side of people, people such as my relatives. Utterly disgusted by these people, if you could only comprehend how rude and inconsiderate they are. I know they're my relatives but its the small actions that counts which really annoys me. Anyways, i'll just put on a fake smile and be really meticulous about what i say just to let them like me and hate them at the same time. O ya not forgetting the red packets. Well its my father's side of the family only, my mum's side is ok. Im quite ok with them. Even i myself think that my dad really dislikes his siblings too except his not telling me. To me CNY is just an opportunity to save up cash in the bank, i seriously don't believe in the story behind it. Anyways I'm signing off now, gonna spend some QUALITY time with my relatives.

Wow, knocked out for almost 3hours when i got back from church. Anyways church was great today and yes, i am a Christian. I love God :D Doesn't look like it though but, YES i am a Christian LOL!

For Ages I've been carrying the NLT (New Living Translation) version bible to church, ever since my NKJV (New King James Version) bible worn out. Its not the same you see, the NLT is more complex and simplifies the word for you to understand which cancel out many things just for the sake of your understanding. Ok i know, you must be thinking "So you trying to say ur smart?" Well not really though but, yes i think im smart but thats totally irrelevant to why i got the NKJV bible today. Firstly, the church teaches from the NKJV and the NLT version is totally different from the NKJV i have to emphasize.You must be wondering, "but its a bible what!, bible also got version one?" Yes, there are different versions to the bible but quintessentially the same thing, you know what i mean. O and Thx Dad for buying it for me though it costed you like what? $48? Lol he said "I could get it at half the price if there was a sale" so i said "Don't be so cheap at buying God's word" LOL! Its a good bible, leather back ultra slim. So yeah, look forward to using it in future meetings.

Today

Couldn't get them pictures from the steamboat event, how sad. Anyways recently i've trouble finding time to buy my new year clothings. its like i don't wanna go alone but no one will accompany me you see? Not even Ziyang la. Can u imagine? Every single time i ask him out his either booked or his too tired to go out. O ya or even Dragon Boat!!! Thats his arsenal of excuses. Anyway if ur reading, try coming out with new ones. Anyways, im happy how much i've impacted ur life and how much you've impacted mine in such a way we have a certain level of mutual respect for each other. Brother's FTW!!!

Anyways, met my new cell group today. They were friendly, was like i knew them for 3534765345Years although it was the first time we met. Had this new connect group thing which was meant to help get us socialized i think. And o YA! Im not the youngest in the Cg anymore!ROAR! Finally!!! For 4painful years, i was the youngest in the Cg, be it 12, 15, 16yrs old i was always the youngest!!! No matter how fast i grew and how old i grew, i was always the youngest. ALWAYS!!! Again, lemme emphasize ALWAYS!!! Seems inevitable for me to outgrow my circle of constant changing friends. Anyways i was afraid i wouldn't fit in well but, i did just fine. So yeah thats one achievement i can conclude for today.
